HELSINKI OLYMPIC STADIUM

Fireworks go off as "Cha, Cha, Cha" plays in Helsinki Olympic Stadium.

Valerie: WHAT'S UUUUP EVERYONE! WELCOME TO HELSINKI DAY 3 OF THE B GROUP AND DAY 1 POST COLIN. I'M VALERIE THOMAS!

Sherman: And I'm Sherman Grace. And as my colleague said, our final seat is open as we are facing a weird world, the first time in over a decade where MAWL and Colin McRae are not intrinsically connected. Leila Blake will be out here any moment to let us know what all this means.

Leila Blake steps out to a mixed reaction.

Leila: Hello. I know you're all having many big feelings, as am I, about the changes happening around here. And there are in fact many. So I figured we'll go into all the staffing changes just real quick before we get into the figh.

First, I disagree with Colin on its head about not needing a General Manager. Do I need to be involved intimately with this show and all its aspects? Absolutely. But as we're growing, threads on the bigger level need to be kept tighter, I mean look what happened with Marvin Patel where he thought he could just reopen his fed while we own the rights to the name and his contract.

So yes, I do need a day-to-day person as my right hand. And as knowledgeable as he was, I realize now that an announcer - no shade to you all at the desk - may not necessarily have the constitution to do the harder part of the job. No, we need someone used to making hard calls who doesn't care if people get mad at them, and who will enforce with a bit more of a strict and even-keel hand than we've had here. We need...a referee. So with that in mind, please welcome the only person I trust to do an even keel job, someone who's growing and the way we've been referring to them has shown that growth. You've known her as Andra, as DeAndra, and now, please welcome DA Jones!

DA: Thank you for entrusting this awesome responsibility in me. Now, I know a lot of you are just used to hearing me count numbers. And as a referee, this is what it comes down to. Numbers are objective. Numbers don't have goals or ulterior motives, unless the person in control of them does. Numbers are clean and clear. And that same mentality as a ref is what's gonna help me shape this place up from its damn mess. And that's where I decided to change the name again. DA is clean, crisp, and is a bit like a District Attorney, and that's exactly how I intend to sit in this space.

Leila: With this, Carter Vale steps into the head referee position, and Farrah Lance is going to be running the groups that DA was doing.

Farrah: Thank you. I will do much better than my sleazy sister Erica to do you all proud.
